If you want pool builders in South Carolina's Greenville County, Greenville has 10 companies on this page, and four of them build new pools: Blue Haven Pools & Spas, Signature Luxury Pools, Premier Pools & Spas of Greenville and Upstate Gunite Pools, LLC. The other six mostly clean, repair or service pools, or their websites did not say what they build. Before you call, decide between a concrete pool and a fiberglass shell, because the builders here split on that.
For a new backyard pool, start with the gunite builders. Blue Haven Pools & Spas builds sun shelves, water features and fire features, and lists inground pools and gunite pools. Premier Pools & Spas of Greenville builds water features, fire features and landscaping, and lists inground pools and gunite pools. Upstate Gunite Pools, LLC lists gunite pools, spas and pool decks and pavers. For fiberglass, Premier Pools & Spas of Greenville installs fiberglass pools.
For an HOA, apartment or business pool, the shortlist is shorter. Signature Luxury Pools, Premier Pools & Spas of Greenville, Southeast Pools and Sweetwater Pools take commercial work, according to their websites. If you already have a pool and want it remodeled or resurfaced, Blue Haven Pools & Spas lists that work.
If your property is nearer to Greer, Simpsonville, Travelers Rest, Easley or Spartanburg, each has a page of its own.

Slope and rock are the first questions in this part of South Carolina. Many yards fall away from the house, which can add a retaining wall to the job, and buried rock can slow a dig and raise the price. Ask each builder how it reads your lot before it quotes, and how the plumbing and equipment are protected on freezing nights.
Think about financing and warranty while you compare. Blue Haven Pools & Spas and Premier Pools & Spas of Greenville offer financing. Blue Haven Pools & Spas and Upward Pool Supply attach warranties, so ask each one what the warranty covers: structure, finish, equipment and workmanship. Blue Haven Pools & Spas and Signature Luxury Pools also remodel and resurface, so either can look after the pool after it is built.
A few track records stand out. Premier Pools & Spas of Greenville has worked in the area since 1988 and is rated 5.0 from 9 reviews. Upstate Gunite Pools, LLC has worked in the area since 2007 and is rated 5.0 from 5 reviews. Blue Haven Pools & Spas is rated 4.9 from 123 and Signature Luxury Pools 4.9 from 38.
Two names on the page show mainly cleaning or repair work on their websites. Sweetwater Pools cleans, repairs or services pools and is rated 3.4 from 16 reviews. Southeast Pools cleans, repairs or services pools and is rated 5.0 from 8 reviews. Pool service companies often build as well, so ask, and keep them in mind for care after the build.
